A booster seat is determined by height and weight of the child, not age.  

OP - Check out the bubble bum inflatable booster seat for both of your children, and if your child is above 40 in and 40 lbs, that might be a good option for you.  It can deflate so it can be packed easily in a backpack or carry-on, and easily installed in an Uber or taxi.

We were gifted a Symphony of the Seas cruise for next winter. We will be going with extended family and have a choice of the Eastern or Western itinerary. We will be traveling with two young children and are not that interested in venturing out at the ports too much (don't want to bring a carseat, etc). TBH, I wanted my next Caribbean cruise to be on a "super boat" so I can enjoy all of the wonderful things on the boat as my main focus, so I am very excited to for this trip to be about the ship and not the ports.

1. What activities (for adults and children) are available during port days? The Western has 4 ports and the Eastern has 3 ports, so depending on what is open during port days will determine if we want more port days or sea days.

2. If we did venture out onto land, what ports are easy to do with kids (like walking of the boat and not having to take a taxi, etc.)?

Thanks. I saw the "new bookings" on another site while I was researching to find the answer, but must have missed it on Paypal. I have bought directly from Celebrity before with the information you mentioned, but wanted to see if this would work as well.

I saw today that Paypal Digital Gifts (who I believe is an authorized reseller of all types of cards) is having a sale on GCs: $5 off $50+ purchase. Has anyone purchased a GC not from Celebrity directly? I might want to gift one to my parents before the sail, and at 10% off, it makes it quite attractive.
