My wife and I were on this itinerary in May a few years ago. Unfortunately there is not a good answer. We had a mixed bag of weather conditions. We spent 3 days in Barcelona pre-cruise and it was cold and breezy. I would say around 50. In most of our ports I wore jeans and a short sleeve shirt and carried a light jacket. I wish a I could answer your question a little better, but I can't. I would just plan to pack a little of everything.

I was on the Jewel in October and I did not take a jacket. I just wore a button up with a pair of khakis on the formal nights. I did not go to any specialty restaurants, but wouldn't think you would have a problem.

My first cruise was on NCL's SS Norway. I was only about 6 or 7 so I do not quite remember the exact date. I was actually on the final cruise on this wonderful ship back in 2003.
