Booked a cruise 2 weeks ago. Went to the Carnival website to do my online check in and it's different from last year. I went to the MANAGE section and chose online check in - but it just refreshes the current page. Am I doing something wrong? At the wrong place? Do I need to contact my Carnival guy and ask for help?
