I am flying from BHX on 12th December to BGI and have been informed that it is a Dreamliner we are flying on. At first it was Thomas Cook so I decided to BA from LGW. However, when it changed to Thomson and was told it was a Dreamliner I changed back to BHX (Plus it was closer than Gatwick).

We are flying out on the 12th December 2014 from Birmingham. We originally had Gatwick booked on BA but change when we found out that it was a Thomson flight from Birmingham on the Dreamliner. Swigs and roundabouts Birmingham is closer to home for us and the leg room is quite good. The downside is BA you could take extra cases but you can not on Thomson. Same luggage allowance on both flights.

We initially were given Thomas Cook flight from Birmingham to Barbados o the 12th December 2014. So we ended up booking BA from LGW. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change it back to Birmingham but the flight operator has changed to Thomson with the Dreamliner. All good come out of it in the end.

We are using Inter cruise tomorrow to Southampton sailing with Cunard. We are take 2 cases each weighing up to 20KG each.

Still no e mail confirmation from cruise connect . Been on the phone and get palmed off saying they are in process of sending them in next few hours - that was a week ago and same response today ! Their customer service is rubbish . Just want to know what time we being picked up to arrange taxi to pick up point - not going to get one at this late date ! Can anyone shed more light on this transfer from Swansea West Services on June 15th ???

We only got our pickup times last week for our sailing on the 5th June. They did say they were running late and had only done the route for pick up times for the 31st May cruise 3 days beforehand.

£186 per person ? Have they put there prices up we paid £90 per person for a transfer from Chester to southampton and Chester is roughly a hour past Telford .

Please accept my sincere apologies it was £186 total cost not per person....I must of been on a different planet when I typed that. :eek:

We booked cruise connect last year for Cunard cruise. We were picked up at Telford services . The coach which was used for Wolves football team. It was luxury. However, we had to use a feeder minibus to get us to the coach and there was not enough room for us on the 1st trip so they come back for us and we met the main coach at M6 services. On the return journey it was a bog standard coach which was better as we did not have to sit across a table from moaning people (They moaned all the way through the whole journey). We have also booked Cruise Connect for our cruise on the 5th June again being picked up from M54 services at 9am but we have been told that the main coach will be picking us up this time. We find for £186 per person its well worth it too.

Wow hope the poor mite is ok. I do feel for the family too. To be honest my grandson is a very good swimmer but slipped and banged his head on the edge of the swimming pool in Egypt which made him dizzy. I acted fast but I will say its a split second thing and its unfair to blame parents. Its just one of those things that happen and there should be no finger pointing. The family will feel so bad as it is :mad:
