  1. Hi all,

I'm looking at Legend and Spirit and comparing room sizes.

Reviewing the deck plans, extended balcony rooms are shown larger than standard balcony rooms, which in turn are shown significantly larger than outside and internal rooms. However they are ALL reported as the same size - 185sqft - plus any balcony space (40, 60 sqft etc).

To bring it home with a crystal clear example, neighbouring rooms 4103 and 4105 are completely different sizes on the plan but both reported as 185sqft.

Does anyone know where to find the real sizes? Or are they all actually the same size and the deck plan is incredibly misleading?

Hoping to book a balcony room as they appear to be much bigger than inside rooms, but wont if it's actually the same size.

    Thanks!!

  2. Thanks all. From the pics and comments it seems fine for my 4 year old as I had hoped. :D I thought it might have been for older kids.

Sailing out of AU there are only a few ships to choose from and the others are not geared terribly well to little kids. She is excited for the waterslide and we're excited to see why Radiance is considered the best of the bunch (and why it costs twice as much).

  3. I am the type that compulsively checks for sales and price variations. I can safely say none of these "sales" make any significant difference to the end price. The only sale that makes a real difference is when kids sail free.

Even I got sucked into kids sail free recently, but ended up booking two connecting inside rooms instead of squeezing into one balcony. So in the end I didn't save anything at all

  4. I guess it's probably people freaking out about catching their flight.

If you depart the vessel the moment they call self disembark of course it will be bedlum. Just like if you go the jammer at exactly midday it will always be nuts. If you try to get an elevator right after a show. If you go to guest services at 4pm on day 1. The list continues.

We've done it several times and literally just walked through only stopping to drop forms.

  5. Hey team,

I have booked connecting rooms for my small family directly with RC via their website.

Firstly with the new website it is easy to book multiple rooms at once, BUT...

    a) There is no functionality to automatically book connecting rooms, I had to manually search and discover available connecting rooms.*

    b) Despite being booked together the two rooms are completely separate reservations. They were not even linked together, I had to manually add the link myself!

This leaves with me some concerns:

    a) What happens if I am upgraded, being separate reservations could the rooms be separated? In their systems do they know they are connected?

    b) Am I likely to experience issues with being on one dinner table?

    c) Can we all have one set of keys for both rooms?

    d) Can we all share one seapass account?

Are there any other issues I should be wary of?

I could call RC, but to be honest whenever I speak to them it feels like they are guessing answers and often can't answer simple questions - let alone the above.

    * I might add that most pairs only had one of the pair available. Surely they would be blocked out?

Thanks for any comments or reassurance!
