  1. For a year I have debated about purchasing the Carnival mattress set. I've shopped around at local stores and not found a mattress I liked as well as the one we had on our cruise. So, I took the plunge and ordered it last month. It arrived today and I was disappointed to see that it was not made by Eastborn Marine in the Netherlands as the Carnival bedding website says but rather Kingsdown , Inc in Oklahoma, USA. I started looking at Kingsdown mattresses on line and this one does not appear to be one of their top-of-the-line mattresses and even those seem to sell for less than this "Carnival" one did. Has anyone else had this happen to them, and if so, did you complain and did you get any response? It just seems a little deceptive to me. I haven't slept on this mattress yet--it may be great but it isn't the one that was on the cruise ship, apparently.
