Hi,  

We have only cruised a few times, never on Celebrity and never for 8 days.  It's our 20th Anniversary so I booked us in a Celebrity Sky Suite #2114 on Deck 12.  I just saw today that there are now Sky Suites available on Deck 11 and Deck 7 both Aft (far end of the ship).  I've read good things about having a suite at the end of the ship and I've read bad.  I'm just curious should I stay where we are already booked or look at changing our Sky Suite to one of the aft rooms that's available.

We are also confused in that we are trying to decide concierge class balcony or a sky suite.  It's our 20 yr anniversay and we haven't been on a vacation at all in 4 years so we want it to be special but at the same time we don't want to spend money that doesn't mean something,  We have only been on a couple of cruises that were short so we are not experts at all.  We are planning on an Alaskan Cruise on Celebrity Eclipse last August 2020.

Hi Everyone,

Hoping someone can give me a suggestion. DH and I are on the Splendor 8/22. We are celebrating our 10 yr anniversary. We would like to go to the Maitre’d and request a 2 top on the main floor of the MDR near a window or at least a 4 top. Do you think we would have a better chance of getting our request honored if we also provide him with an additional tip as we are asking him?

Anyone have recent Fun Times they can post?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask these questions but here goes. We are sailing on the Splendor on 8/22/10 and I was wondering if anyone that has recently gone or is about to go on this cruise has copies of the Daily Activites Newsletter(not sure of the correct name) and the MDR menus.

Just curious to see what we might have to do, it is my understanding that the activities and menus are changed every 60 to 90 days.

Would appreciate any information someone has.
