Just a heads up, we just got back today We chose this cruise for the destinations and called several times because we were concerned about the effect of the hurricanes. We were told at the call center that a decision would be made by 30 days before the cruise of any itinerary change, we called 28 days before and were told we were still going to Puerto Rico & St. Marten. We expected a change and were really suprized that the itinerary did not change We were never notified of the change and discovered it had changed once we were on the ship. We made plans in the other ports that we were not able to follow and never had an opportunity to make plans for the ports we ended up visiting. We spoke to other guests that said they received e-mails, so we double checked when we got home today and did not receive anything. This is very poor communication on their part. I did however get plenty of e-mails to buy the drink package. So double check!!!! and then triple check!!!

We wonder every day also. We leave in 3 weeks and San Juan is one of our stops. Maybe it will be a day on the ship.

We took the Monkeyland excursion through Carnival. $80 We enjoyed it. A/C bus ride about an hour through the countryside, a city and into the mountains. The monkeys were really cool, climbing on you with their babies in tow. They give you a bowl of food and they climb all over you. Do not were your best clothes as they leave foot prints all over you. It had loose gravel and hills but should be manageable for older with no real difficulty walking. It was also mostly shade. After that they take you to a typical home and show you coffee and cocoa roasting with samples and a sales pitch.
There is basically nothing to do in walking distance from thais port, only a dozen or so shops. Book a tour but be wary of using a private tour as the crime rate on the island is high.

Thank you all for the information and support. The video was great and Bob was lovely too. Does anyone know what the dress code for Sabatini's is for breakfast? I really don't want to have to go back and change to go to port or the pool but it sounds as if it may be worth it anyway. :)

Sorry it is being taken the wrong way, I have no intention in bringing all my dirty stuff in need of dry cleaning, I was only joking. It is a great perk that they do offer that service though. Thank you Mary and Dru for the responses. I appreciate them. The picture in the link are great.

So we had the opportunity to upgrade for $400 so we figured we would try it. Any advice on how to get the most out of it  my travel agent already to bring everything I need dry cleaned. Thank you in advance

I don't disagree, I will know better and check more in the future. They could however do better, both the travel agent and the cruise line. They have no problem knowing I only have 7 days left to get a discount drink package and can send a half dozen e-mails on that with a countdown to how many days, directly from RC, but nothing on the itinerary.
So I am not really complaining just putting it out there to maybe help others
