A question regarding the Platinum Tender process. We will be on the Jade Oct 1st and are stopping in Santorini. Are Platinum guests allowed to bring non Platinum guest's eg family with them for the tender process.

Is there a ballpark price for what George charged for his services?

We have Vista Suite 4228 on the Legend booked for Hawaii to Sydney in Sept 2015. 19 nights of total bliss. Can't wait....

No need to take their word for it, as seeing is believing. Look under Diamond and Platinum guests.....

Can someone, anyone that did the Honolulu to Sydney leg on the Legend in 2014 tell me, if once you check in can you get back off the ship?? We don't leave until 11pm. I can't seem to get an answer from anyone. Carnival Australia say no, you have to stay on the ship. I did the same leg on the Sun Princess and we could come and go as we pleased, as long as we were back before departure.

We have cabin 8562 for our repositioning cruise in September. Has anyone had this cabin or know of any pics of this cabin?

I did Carnival Spirit out of Vancouver to Alaska and Hawaii, just booked family holiday on the Legend out of Sydney and my past guest doesn't count for anything in OZ :(

DreamTeam. I have cruised with Carnival 7 Times internationally and once in Australia and your Alaskan Hawaii cruise does count. Have you registered for your VIFP on the US site to keep track of your cruises. Because when you do the aussie one you need to go on that site and put your aussie cruise in manually. It will be recognised. Here is the site if you need it https://secure.carnival.com/BookedGuest/GuestManagement/Registration/Enroll You have a VIFP # for the US site and a different # for the AU site. But all cruises you do with Carnival count.

Another thing doing the previous B2B you would have started with a Blue card(1st cruise) then finished with a Red card(2nd sailing and up to 24points) 1 point = 1 day. You should now be at around 19 points so on the next cruise you should be issued with a Gold card (25 - 74 points) Because you will hit the 25 point during your next cruise you will start the next cruise as Gold. On our last cruise we were Gold but because we hit Platinum during that cruise we started the cruise as Platinum with all perks.

We have cruised with Carnival (internationally) many times so when we cruised on the Spirit out of Australia I was told that that cruise would be counted on our loyalty program, which it has. But even though the Spirit is over here under the P&O umbrella the cruises on her do not count on the P&O tally.. Only the Carnival Cruise Lines (American site) program.

Yup, Carnival Magic was launched just May 1, currently doing the rounds from Barcelona until moving to Galveston, TX, late this year.

 

Such a long, long wait. But I love the date, just after Thanksgiving.[/quo
