As a British coffee drinker, I found the coffee served on Princess absolutely dreadful (never drink tea), so we took Lyons coffee bags (similar to t-bags, but without the tag you get in the US) and asked for hot water and bought a coffee card. They were so popular all the waiters loved having the left-over ones at the end of the cruise.
