Do the taxi accept credit cards?

Thanks so much for your info. Still not sure what I will do. Can you rent a

car on the holiday when we dock? Is there a place at the dock to pick one up?

Our ship will be in Malaga on Oct 12 and 13th. I understand that the 12th is

a National Holiday. If I booked a tour of the city will most venues be closed.

Can you suggest a tour company that would take us to Nerja. The cruise ship

is offering a tour of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Your thoughts would be

appreciated.

Just wondering if anyone has any info for me regarding Airport transportation from Melbourne airport to downtown and also for Sydney to downtown. We will be traveling to Melbourne first than will fly to Sydney before our cruise.

Thanks so much to everyone for your input. We will do the Taronga Zoo while in Sydney. We are looking at a Royal Caribbean tour in Brisbane: Brisbane Sights and Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.

Just curious which is the better zoo? Will be in Sydney for 5 days before my cruise. The Australia Zoo would be an excursion from the ship.

Do Senior rates apply only to Australian Srs or can US Seniors take advantage of the lower rates?

here are some photos of our cabin on the Solstice, which should be extremely similar to the corresponding cabin on Silhouette. This is a category 2D, or "fully obstructed". As you can see, the lifeboat is in the way, but there is still a great view. This room also had a nearly triple sized balcony. I also have some photos of a deck 6 cat. 2C on the Equinox which i can post if needed :)

I've just booked 6209 on Silhouette, I would guess it would be very similare to you cabin here? Its just on the other side of the ship so there is a good chance I will be seing the same thing:)

 

I just booked this cabin on the Reflection for next May. When you say it is triple the size of a regular balcony, is it depth or width? Thanks

We took the ship's shuttle, so I can't comment on the train.

We really enjoyed Ravenna; it was so relaxing to explore on our own following the hectic pace of the private tours of Rome, Florence and Naples. We visited the exquisite mosaics following suggestions on a walking tour I found online.

We had lunch at an outdoor cafe, bought some local wine at a market in the square by the carousel, shopped and just enjoyed the day at our own pace. It may not be everyone's cup of tea. I heard one couple on the shuttle complaining that the stop was a total waste of time and RC should eliminate it from the itinerary, we felt just the opposite.

We will be stopping at Ravena also. Where did you find the Walking Tour ?
