  1. Why do you think you are entitled to a gift from your TA? Because you gave the TA your business? You give a doctor, a resturant, a gas station your business, should they give you a gift too? And what percentage do you think a Travel Agents commission is?

  2. I will assume that all of you, who expect a gift or something from your TA in return for all the money you have paid them for their hard work and MANY hours, are bringing them a very nice gift when you return home from your trip.

     

    I am dumbfounded to the fact that the OP would go look for a new TA because she did not get strawberries and wine. YES, YOU ARE BEING PETTY. If I were your TA, I would fire you as a client. :eek:

     

    Now, go "cool off" in the ocean!!

  3. I apologize, there is not a link on the personalizer for pillows and egg crates.

     

    I forget that not everyone can see the same personalizer that I see.

     

    So sorry, contact you Travel Agent as they will be able to request these items for you prior to travel.

  4. Thank you for this fantastic thread! Today, as an experiment,;) I e-mailed Travel Agent & they have faxed Princess for Egg-Crates for us on Grand (28th May). This will really help my parents to sleep comfortably -I am so grateful for this suggestion.

    However, in their reply the TA said pillow upgrades could only be arranged on board and we would not be entitled to robes & slippers as we have not booked suites. Is that correct?

    There is a link in the Cruise Personalizer that you can request egg crate, pillows and you do not have to be in a suite to get robes, slippers maybe.

     

    I requested extra pillows for my mom and a feather pillow for myself as well as robes.
