  1. Sorry for the late reply - thankyou for the replies I recieved before sailing!

as one mentioned - the words "not healthy" on the app was presumptious; for me - having travelled from the USA within the 14 days prior (and USA is an amber country) being sent to the yellow lane simply meant 2 minutes of face to face with a ships doctor and then we were onboard in minutes after that.

A lot of stress pre sailing due to this process but in the end was ok.

  2. Does anyone have experience of being sent to yellow lane check in.  - i am airline crew and travel a lot. - in answering the health questions on the app as having travelled internationally in the previous 14 days before the cruise’  the app then deems me ‘unhealthy’ (poor choice of word when it would be better to say “extra health screening needed”.       I am fully healthy, vaccinated and testing regularly for my job so I’m hoping the yellow lane will simply be an annoying extra formality.

    thankyou for all answers

    kind regards

  3. Thankyou Bigfoot(joan) and Alvin Moondust

great info for the thermal suite - wish that information was a little more accessible from p&o directly! definately helps us to make up our minds booking this cruise!

Might I ask another question with regard to speciality restaurants - which ones would you definately recommend? Also did you find the main dining rooms pleasant in the evenings or loud and frenetic (as we found on Queen elizabeth recently); we sometimes prefer to eat in the buffet in the evening which is often quieter!

    thankyou so much

  4. dear chaps and chapesses

how gay friendly is p&o - planning a cruise on Azura and if; IF there is a meet and greet and if, IF we decide to go will they hide us away in a discreet corner as we experienced once on PRincess (which made us feel like we were a dirty secret) or is it more open as we experienced on Cunard. thankyou, any views appreciated.

  5. hello Azura cruisers past and present.

I am considering booking a last minute Azura Fjords trip for June. two questions to clarify and enquire please.

1 - price for using the thermal suite ( i suspect depends on particular cruise and duration but a rough guess would be great) - also would anyone recommend this facility? (espcially sailing to Norway and thinking the weather may not exactley be sunbathing weather.

2 - Is the Oasis Pool the adults only pool (sailed on the Sapphire Princess about 8 years ago and the same pool was in theory the adults pool)

3 - What is the range of movies to view in the cabin like?

thankyou very much for anyones input.

    kind regards
