I know I’m not alone in this feedback having spoken to other guests but have recently returned from Constellation and Luminae was very average.

So many unavailable items, badly presented food and slow service. This was my first experience on an M Class Luminae and I think this will be my last on Connie. Luckily forward bookings are S Class.

Anybody else had a bad time on this ship? Everybody seemed inexperienced in Luminae and really not what I’d expect in this restaurant.

I don’t think it’s 50% but it was very high. There were hundreds of quarantined suitcases in clear bags in reclaim. Everybody who was ill got escorted off the ship and through customs quickly.

How does Celebrity normally deal with these things after an outbreak? Are pax compensated?

We have had it confirmed this morning that CDC is onboard and this is now a serious issue as cases have kept growing through the night. Disembarkation is extremely slow today.

Gym appeared closed this morning for cleaning.

There seems to be quite an unpleasant Norovirus situation on Reflection currently. We were in Luminae yesterday and they removed all the flowers from the tables and didn’t replace them. This morning, they removed all salt and pepper and milk with no explanation. Room cards have now been sanitised and they are enforcing santitiser at restaurant. Despite this, some people are still refusing sanitiser which is so very frustrating!

Confirmed X will no longer serve Istanbul for the rest of the season.

It is now confirmed that X are sailing into and out of ATHENS on 16th July.

I am on 16 July sailing out of IST. This is the next time Equinox is due there.

I have spoken with X this morning and have been told no decisions have been made and currently everything still stands.

As pointed out above, no UK travel insurance provider offers cover for terrorism so Celebrity are looking to determine the impact of keeping the ship in IST or moving it to ATH on Cruise Only or FlyCruise. I was told a decision will be made within a few days.

I think Sue only returned from vacation in January.

So she should still be on board in April?

Arno - thanks for the update. FYI Hotel Director on Eclipse is now Darren Tiller. Also, Cemal (F&B Director) told me that effective the next cruise, Brad (don't know last name, and I believe he is new to the position) will be the F&B Director.

Do you know how much longer Sue Denning is due to be on Eclipse? We are sailing in April and would love to see her again.
