There is no mention of the cabins 7305 and 7307 and their respective cabins on other floors and starboard sides. These cabins are larger also??? But maybe not triple or double?

It may depend on the waiters. On our cruise it was up to the waiters to say something to those that were not attired "correctly".

They will not allow men with shorts in at the 4-6pm time. Women with capri's were allowed. At least that was the case on our cruise on the Millenium.
