  1. I'm 15 years older, I had e snip years ago, Mrs Gut needed a hysterectomy a few tears back, doesn't mean we don't enjoy the game, just no surprises any more[emoji35][emoji35]

Good for you! I don't even enjoy the game. Too tired. :-(. :-). When my son stops being a tyrant, then I'm sure the love will return!

  2. Next weekend I'll be happily skipping my way across the gangway on the Allure and I want to arrive as early as possible to get my toddler settled in. I'm guessing it's a "no" but would suites be ready sooner /earlier than other cabin categories? I'm not like oblong forward to lugging around our carry ons and dealing with high maintenance toddler. Thanks for any insight! :-)

  3. Hi Pam. I think we are in 11730. We've been booked for a long time. Sh originally booked 14330 thinking higher is better and I quickly made him call back and our room was still available. Phew! We had the OS before we had our son and loved it. But he's a super early riser - so one of us can go in the other room with him. I'm also expecting that he will probably end most nights in our bed or one of us will go sleep with him if he wakes. I'm expecting to spend every night with either my husband or son. Or both. The joys of being a mom of a toddler. :-).

We won't close the door between the two rooms and maybe I'll bring a bell or something to tie on the handle of that slider. Thanks for the tip!

    L-A. :-)

  4. Just my $.02 (not that we have pennies in Canada anymore! LOL). I have cruised in both. The big positive for me of the ATS over the Grand Suite, is besides the large balcony is that the bedroom is SEPARATED from the "Living Room" by a door and therefore the earlier riser can enjoy their morning java and watch the news in a separate room with a separate TV. The only downside of the ATS is that the washroom is much smaller than the GS. Happy and Safe Travels. :):)

Cute. :-). I just converted my CAD to USD for tips. The exchange rate hurts.

We did an OS years ago on the Splendour and loved the size - and the bathroom was amazing. This time we have a 4 year old so thought the separate room would be better. Hoping I'm going to love it. Was it too much walking though? (We are somewhat young and fit, so I'm thinking it shouldn't be too bad.). I hope. :-)

  5. I love formal nights. Life is becoming too casual all around. On formal night one I will be wearing a long black halter style black dress with a beaded trim and open back. Very classy and sexy at the same time. On formal night two I'll either be wearing a short red backless a line dress that ties around the neck (have to use tape to hold in place....) or a long black one shouldered beaded gown. Already looking forward to it!!!

  6. We still enjoy getting dressed up. For me it's worth the hassle since I never get to wear a gown. We find that over the years people in the MDR don't make as much effort anymore so will try 150 CP on this next cruise in hopes people have made a little more effort. But do whatever you feel comfortable with - as that seems to be the guiding principle. :-)

  7. We will be with our 3.75 year old on the Allure in April and he will have his muster bracelet on and if our cabin number isn't on it, I'll put it on it with a sharpie. I'm actually less worried about him on the ship since he will be with us or at AO, than I am at home on land when I go to amusement parks etc.
