I hope this is not a repeat topic, but I have not been able to find this topic in Holland America.

My husband has just been diagnosed with Celiac Disease.  We sail on the Rotterdam in 

September 28th through October 27th and just wondering if anyone else has navigated this

challenge with Holland America or even on the Rotterdam.  Is there something we have to

do ahead of time? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am asking for your opinions on Eurodam vs Nieuw Amsterdam.

We are looking at both for the full Panama Canal.

Would love your opinions on what is good on both ships and also

what you did not like on either.

We are on this cruise with you. 

Our group has booked the Flavors & Traditions of Puerto Plata as it has some interesting things we would like to see.  We also may want a break from the beach 😎 that day!

(We are all looking forward to the beach at Half Moon Cay to start out our trip.  We all have the Clamshell Sunshade booked).

We are all doing an Island tour and Beach Drop Off for Bonaire.

There is a cold water setting, but no tap water on the ship is ever truly cold. It's tepid at best and sometimes lukewarm.

Have any of you taken the Magdalena Island Penguin Reserve tour with Princess?

I says that "You'll spend nearly an hour observing these whimsical penguins in their natural habitat." Does that mean you will walk among the penguins on a trail OR observe them from a distance?

We have not been able to find any other similar tour available at this time.....

So far, all I have found are mentions of that excursion from 2005 or 2006 (was a private excursion company). Sounds interesting, but was hoping someone has been on it lately.

We are trying to decide between the Lamanai and The New River Safari and the Historic Belize & Cucumber Beach. (The Lamanai is a 7 hour tour and leaves no time to check out the local shopping).

Has anyone recently taken the Historic Belize and Cucumber Beach excursion? We are not finding any reviews, but the excursion sounds great. Thanks for the help and suggestions!
