I too hate wrinkles and purchased Joy’s mini steamer from HSN. It’s small and super powerful. Someone always needs it on a formal night.

I always travel with a very small 3 outlet power strip I purchased for $1 at the 99 cent store. I’ve seen them at my local Dollar Tree, as well. The pkg is smaller than my remote control.

There are new posters all the time who have not seen previous threads so a little patience doesn't hurt as we all were new here once.
The OPs post was inquiring whether or not RC has been strictly following their new set of rules. Now you tell me how they contributed to the topic other than blowing off his question? And correct, I do not know the answer to the OPs question, but I do like to point out the ridiculousness of some people that obviously scan these forums every hour and see this question pop up every two minutes. Don't click the thread, if you don't want to read it is simply my answer to the first two posters..
I agree grapau, that's what I am saying to the first two responses in this thread.
Well said!!!
I’m so amazed at how rude people can be behind a keyboard. Folks need to keep in mind, at one time they were new to cruising and CC forums. It doesn’t hurt to be polite.

I submitted a Bring A Friend request about a month ago. When I click on the Bring A Friend link, nothing is listed. Should I resubmit?

And you can just as easy skip it.

I agree!!! I'm sure YOU'VE never asked a question more than once. Who says YOU must be the one to respond. Leave the post for someone else to respond to if it bothers you so much. Are YOU the 'bleepin' Cruise Critic Police?!?!
It really disturbs me when people are unnecessarily rude, hiding behind their computer/laptop. You know you wouldn't behave this way in person.
Sorry folks, I've read one too many sarcastic and snotty posts today.
Enjoy the rest of your day!

68 days until the Oasis!!!
My first time on the Oasis class and my BF's first cruise. We're both excited.

Made with MONEY:D
Please share folding instructions. Thanks!

I made up a bunch of candy canes that had a card with money in them for all the crew I came in contact on Christmas last year (epic). Sort of like this where the card allows you to tuck money in. The crew loved them (or at least pretended to love them). Apparently candy canes aren’t super common in all parts of the globe.

Another good idea - Thanks!!! 😉

Great solution, you are a gem. Suggest you get those small bars that come as an assortment.
My thoughts exactly and it doesn't hurt that they're my fav. 😉
Thanks!

Gift card? Gift card to where?
A gift card to nowhere - Visa, M/C or AMEX.

Cash + Card + Hershey's should be a win for everyone!
Thank You!!! 🤗

Thank you all for your replies. I have decided to select a nice card with cash or a gift card and a small bag of Hershey bars. To those of you who feel I'm being selfish by giving a trinket, I'm far from it. I love gift giving and I like to think the receiver enjoys What I've chosen for them. Thanks again!!!

I am booked on the Oasis for the 12/17/2017 sailing (Cabin 9590). I would like to leave our cabin steward a small Christmas trinket and yes, I have read the thread that says space is limited in their cabins and 'cash is king'. I still would like to bring a small gift onboard. I'm wondering if there is a way to find out who my steward will be and if they are male or female. If anyone is just off the ship and knows for certain, please post. Thanks!!! :D

We did not use to decorate our cabin doors until our last cruise. DH and I really enjoyed doing it and got a lot of compliments on our door. We are sailing next week during Valentine's and will be decorating our door with a valentine's theme.
If you click on the link for my Freedom review in my siggy you can find a picture there of our door.
As for some of the previous posters..they are just sticks in the mud. Don't let them deter to you from what YOU want to do. I think your kids would really get into having their cabin doors decorated.
We found Halloween decorations at the Dollar Tree. We were a group of 8 cabins including kids. We decorated the doors and the walls near our cabins. The kids loved it!!!

Yes they probably could rather than the quick passer through from the cruise like us. My answer to the question was just what our observation was from om our walk through some of the various stores.
That was one of the few reviews that I read in it's entirety. Thank You, it was VERY GOOD!!!!
Like I said before, I was on the week after you and all of the memories came rushing back to me while reading your review. You've inspired me to attempt a review of my next cruise. Thanks again!!!

Winston at the Sky Bar
We cruised the week after your cruise and I only drank in the dining room or when Winston was at the Sky Bar. He made the best Mango Tango!!! :p
