Wow, thanks so much for all the responses. Sounds like Celebrity is the line for us!

I'm waiting on a partial refund from them at this point. Others have reviewed them quite well, although Trip Advisor doesn't have any new reviews on them since December 2013. Let's just say they are rated #3 out of 79 activities in Montego Bay on Trip Advisor.

We just took our last cruise on Carnival. While our cruise had 1500 kids on it a week ago, we were told one of the Celebrity ships in port only had 9. Looking for a cruise line with few-no kids and some peace and quiet! Is Celebrity the right choice for us?:confused:

We did Dunn's River Falls several years ago. We loved it, but hear it is more crowded now. We went to the Blue Hole with a private company when docked in Montego Bay. As much as I LOVED the Blue Hole, I would not recommend this option.

Our tour company, as well as a few others, were about 1 1/2 hours late. We just stood behind the port building waiting for the vehicle with our guide to pull through the gate for an hour and a half of our time in port. It took almost 2 hours to get to the Blue Hole and another 2 hours to get back. We had less than an hour and a half at the Hole and were late getting back to the ship. We did not get the sight seeing were were promised. I am in the process of working on a partial refund from the company, but nothing would have been worth missing the boat.

Yes, Sunday! Sorry for any confusion! We leave chilly IL for Miami Beach on Saturday, so I'm not thinking of anything but boarding the plane at this point.

We are going to attempt to get in some beach time by staying on Miami Beach the night before. It wasn't cheap, but we've never been there. Hoping we won't regret it!

We have had 2 great cruises with RCI. Only one experience with NCL and it didn't go well :(

Good to know. While I would enjoy more time on Miami Beach, don't want to pay for one more meal there than I have to! ;)

I received an email yesterday stating that we can't arrive at the POM until 1pm Saturday. Boarding will start at 1 and we are scheduled still scheduled to sail at 4pm. Anyone know why this would be? Will the buffet still be open when we board?

Question I don't know if you'll know the answer to....on the day of disembarkation, we don't fly out of Miami until sometime in the afternoon. We'd go to the beach, but will have our luggage. Any suggestions for a place to store our luggage OR is there anything to do near the airport that we could check our bags and go do?

We are staying at the Beacon Hotel on South Beach later this month the night before our cruise. If the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle, what options do I have for transportation from the airport to the hotel and how much will it cost me?

Question about the spa balcony......was it loud on the balcony being that close to the pools/waterpark etc.?

We are looking to book another cruise but will be on the Breeze in a few weeks. Do they give significant discounts if you book your next cruise while on a cruise?

While we are very thankful to be able exchange our timeshare points for a cruise, the process involves an additional travel agent that we have had major troubles with when booking both of our points based cruises. We are with DRI which I believe only partners with one cruise line. Otherwise we deal with the travel agent.:mad:

Anyone else had this trouble with booking a cruise through a DRI or any other timeshare and have advice on how to work with them?

We likely won't get to the port (Miami) on sailing day until a little after noon. With FTTF, does that mean we'll be whisked to the front of the line to board the ship?
