Last year there was a priority line upon entering so you get to a representative quickly, took all of 2 minutes , then collect medallion another 2 minutes, however for us the security lines were long and took about 30 minutes. I assume it’s the same this year, we will find out later this year too.

The word SKY Princess caught my eye. We have not done this ship, but it is in the "thinking mode." As for the afternoon show, that sounds good to me as well. If you have done the Sky within the past couple of years, would you mind giving me your pros/cons of this ship. The reason I ask, I have about 7 others that are depending upon me for feedback on the ship.
Just 2 cons no Crooners if you like that bar and too much wasted space for photos, however now been on 5 times so they must be doing something right

Last year there was a priority line for elites suites etc at the terminal. We arrived around 1.30 and it took 5 minutes, but a lot longer to get through security. Hopefully it is the same this year

Depending on which ship , we always ask the concierge. They are on all Royal class ships.
Failing that the dine line will help

Depends on which terminal at Southampton. I know at least one that has an escalator

Lots of people were reimbursed during the pandemic, but IDK if Princess is still doing it or not.
Yes they are as I was isolated 2 weeks ago.Not sure how long I will have to wait for the FCC, told me on board to chase it along after 30 days

I am only going by my experience.Look in your cruise history which will tell you how many credits.
Came off the Sky Princess Saturday. Had booked as 21 nights, although it was a 14 and 7 night cruise. Was classed as a b2b and received the 2 speciality dinners and 4 minibars(suite and elite)

I know this question is off topic, but hopefully some of you other experienced suite guests reading along could answer my question... We've sailed on many B2B saililngs, but recently made a single booking for a suite on a 21 day Europe Sun Princess sailing that is also sold in 3 separate 7 day segments. I assumed I would receive 2 minibar setups (we're Elite) and 1 speciality dining; however, my CC account reflects 6 credits. I've read others say under these circumstances they received multiple minibar setups as if they booked separate segments, but only 1 dinner....inconsistent! Have any of you experienced this type of suite booking? Thanks for any info.
Just coming off a b2b on Sky. Booked as 1x21 nights, a14 and 7 night.Showed as 4 credits and got 4 minibars and 2 speciality dining We are elite too.

Anyone aware of how the system is working at Southampton? Especially as outside USA you can only get your medallion at the port.
Embarked 2 weeks ago, inside there is a priority lane for Elites etc. Took us 3 minutes to get medallion then quite a wait through security!

had an email this morning. I think I will stay where I am!

Agreed, we had some really busy cruises with bad weather on sea days (ex-UK of course) so the Concierge Lounge was a little oasis of calm and guaranteed indoor seating. We also discovered the knack of opening the little metal fridges to get more (cold) cans of soda when there were no servers around. And for our fly-cruises I always use the launderette next to the Concierge Lounge - easier to sit and wait for the washer and dryer to complete there rather than walking up and down the length of the ship each time! (yes I know we could use the free suite laundry service but don't like to for casual/intimate clothing - plus this launderette was strangely free of charge on Discovery last September!)
Please tell me how to open those metal fridges, I tried but failed and ended up with warm Diet Coke!

Had this problem yesterday, thought it was due to an ios update but all my other sites were working.

If you have a Club Class mini suite can you have breakfast at Sabatini’s and if so is there a charge?
No

And one more blank period for Sky Princess (Sep 24 to Oct 19).
Not sure where she will go for these 25 nights.
I think this is the 25 night Canada and New England round trip Southampton which was advertised in my email flyer but doesn’t appear in the list of cruises. Quite strange!.

Yes but you can only do it once and there is an admin fee of £50 per person.

Neville Saldana joined in April during our cruise.

Have just come back from the Sapphire Princess and club class has its own dining room, as this ship has 4 dining rooms plus one traditional
It was our first experience with Club Class and it certainly lived up to the hype.

I always have decaf from the International Cafe, usually a cappuccino or a latte

Thank you.

It has been many years since we were in a suite. Do they still provide slippers or a clothes brush?

Caribe deck Balconies are bigger. You may get a bit more motion towards aft. Can’t comment about noise from laundry, I would book it.
