Just received our holiday information booklet for our cruise in May on Arcadia. Front page is correct & shows our name & booking reference number. Information inside is for a different name & booking reference number. Luggage labels are also wrong & show a different deck& cabin number to that booked. I have been onto P & O, looks like we are not alone & they will look into this & re-issue another information booklet. Yes, it looks like they have lost the plot. :(
