Ok I am sailing tomorrow just came home from the liquor store bought my 2 favorite bottles to take onboard and my DD told me customers of hers were told last wk that the policy has changed and you can NOT bring wine on. She is now on hold with CA to ask. Any updated policy info would be appreciated. I hate for them to take my favorite[emoji485] thanks

I like the idea about packing with large ziplock bags. I'm sure my DW would love to do that.

 

 

 

Where did you buy the 2-1/2 to 3 gal size? I don't think I've ever seen any that large.

I bring a large ziplock bag put my ice in it in the ice bucket when it melts I use it for drinking if I need extra in my cabin.

Just checked weather channel says 40% chance of thunderstorms so it will be hit and miss no worries

Years years ago we sailed they hurricane Bertha think it may have been the Majesty and it was slight bumpy late one night but we had a great time all was well. We also will be sailing with you on thurs and I have only to Bermuda 2 x and had rain both! Still had a great no worries

Hey thanks for mentioning they sell wraps. I'm normally hot here at home, but on the ship's there are some cold spots. We haven't been on Royal in a few years, so your advice, though not for meant for me, was really helpful.

If you forget a wrap or shawl they sell $10. Wraps in every color. Enjoy your cruise the planning of these little details I love!!

As Clarea said they do have wonderful packages like when you walk into your cabin it can be all decorated champagne waiting and so forth you have so many options

You can put a message in the daily cruise compass. Very small fee.

The large screen at the pool maybe guest services can help post a message up there for you. No matter how where or when I'm sure it will be perfect!!!!! Don't forget the champagne. You can also pre order flowers for your cabin. Even with a note with them it would be more private but very romantic. Please keep us posted[emoji267]

I do not plan to be talking tons or surfing the web. I have a 89 year old mother in law that is in good health for the most part and capable of taking care of herself. My DD and SIL will also be checking in on her. I just like to be in touch with them.

Yes that's what I was told. I was also told by both carriers that as I approach 75% of my plans allowed usage I would be notified as to be sure not to go over.
