Train turns around now.  No need to change seats.  We sat in back row last year so DH could go out to platform often.

We stayed near Space Needle.  We taxied from Amtrak to hotel.  I pre arranged a pick up shuttle service back to airport. 

For my family, we did the Princess land tour that included starting in Fairbanks - 2 nights, then 1 night in Denali, then on to the cruise.  Once we got off ship in Vancouver, we stayed 2 nights on our on there to tour, then took Amtrak to Seattle and stayed 2 nights to tour Seattle.  We then flew home from Seattle.  I think most all of the land portions includes one train ride, then the rest are on motorcoach.  We enjoyed both the train and the motorcoach rides for comfort and viewing. I agree to look at all land portions and decide what your family would want to do.  We took the train ride excursion in Skagway, so we had three different train ride experiences.  

Excited for you, we will be on August 31 cruise.

At SeaTac, you will find the Ride-Share pick-up area on the 3rd floor.  You must take the skybridge from the airport terminal to the 4th floor of the parking garage (it's the only floor the skybridge connects to), and then take the elevator to the 3rd floor of the parking garage.

I was on Magic for my birthday in February. Received plate of cookies and chocolates from casino (don't ever spend a lot there!), and a small cake at dinner, with waiters singing. Nothing else, but I was not expecting anything.

Totally enjoyed our cove balcony on Magic in February.

How is 2248?

2248 on Magic was wonderful for us. Great location, near elevator.

I have a question about drop off for handicapped. We plan to drop off my parents, their luggage, wheelchair, and walker then drive to park n cruise.

Is drop off only area marked clearly?

We are in Roatan in February from 9am - 6pm.

I have booked a 2hr snorkel trip with Blue Cool Running tours to be picked up at 1pm.

Is that plenty of time or should I have asked for noon pickup?

How do you carry a 12 pack carton on? Cooler or heavy duty bag?

Thank you for your report. We are taking Amtrak to Seattle, too. What time did you leave your hotel for the station?

Is hot water available near free coffee? Or do you need to ask for pot of hot water? -DH prefers his own sugar free hot chocolate packets, we will be on Grand in a few weeks

I had the same thing happen when i prepaid for my excursions two weeks ago. The double charge stayed pending for about four days, then the correct amount was charge, and the duplicate pending disappeared.
