We have booked med cruise for june 2014 and planning our excursions, so went on cruise critic for info and came across your reviews. Great pics and good info. Think your mom is in or close to our age bracket, so wondering how all that walking was for her and how feet held up. Pretty close to same itinerary. My Mother is 91 yr. old. When we were on the cruise 2yrs. ago she was 89. This lady is like no other. She works in her veggie and flower gardens everyday that weather lets her. She cuts grass (not much) but never the less she is cutting. She uses a wheel barrow to haul off all her trimmings. To answer your question, she is like the energizer bunny. Her feet are in great shape. My wife and I are in our early 60s and this wonderful women will walk circles around us. Enjoy your trip.

We are aware of the one bottle of wine per person placed in the carry on.

Our question is, if there are two adults, can you put both bottles in just one carry on, or do they have to be in separate carry ons?

We were planning on just taking one carry on, between the two of us.
