Just off of Brilliance of the Seas , January 2, 2016 - January 7... On evening 4, we had the Fishermans Platter on the menu,,,, As much Lobster as you wanted

Fourth of July Miami Vice.....Miami Vice with a layer of Blue Curaçao on the bottom

I have stayed in Promenade cabin 4 different times , have NEVER had a problem with noise....I try too stay on Deck 7 towards the middle of the Promenade, stayed o Deck 8 once and didn't like it as we'll, never stayed on Deck 6?though, thought it was too close to the action

Have used them several times....BEST way to get around Cozumel....make sure that you go to the Wild side, Atlantic side, of Cozumel.....breathtakingly beautiful.....have asked for Contano several times, really like him, even though all of the drivers are very good

When I was on the Majesty of the Seas, 8/4/2014, the cruise Director was a woman.......Michelle something from Brazil?....it was NOT Carlos
-
Sailed on the Majesty at the beginning of this month......Outstanding cruise, outstanding crew....it was an awesome cruise.......not one thing to complain about.......have cruised on ALL classes of Royal Caribbean ships....the only difference is that this one does not have all of the bells and whistles.....you know that when you board the ship....just relax and enjoy your cruise.....food was as good as any Royal Caribbean ship I have ever been on (main dining room)....also had the pleasure of Dining at the Chef's table.....just one word to describe it....WOW.....I believe the price was 75 dollars including wine.....you also got a Royal Caribbean Cookbook, and a galley tour included in the price.....it only happens one night...only allow 8 people to dine ....... If you get Chef Bruno you are in for a real treat.....Majesty is a great ship to cruise on......

Just returned from a cruise the first week in August........dined at Bimini Boatyard........great food reasonable prices........sat outside right on the intercostal waterway.....would Highly recommend........had fresh oysters and blackened grouper.......

Redman, you appear to be using a one size fits all formula in your reasoning. I taught school for 41 years in A Public School in Indiana. I had a Masters Degree plus 30 hours......the most I made in one year was 61 thousand dollars. My retirement benefit was based in how much I made PLUS how many years I taught. I also had an annuity that I paid into for all 41 years, money that I invested. I also paid into Social Security for all 41 years, so I think that I am entitled to my MY Social Security benefit. Please understand that each state is different in how they deal with retirement benefits for their teachers.....also understand the day that I walked out the door, I had to pay totally for my insurance.....I 100 percent pay for my Medicare, Parts A and B and my Drug plan plus Medicare supplement. I have no paid for Health Insurance from my employer, that stopped the day that I walked out the door. I worked in the greatest profession in the world, when it started to become a job, I walked out the door, and never looked back. I don't apologize the money that I made then ,and the benefits that I have now, I earned every one of them. Finally if you don't think that teachers might deserve some sort of break that is fine, that is your opinion......but it does amaze me how some other jobs or professions get a break on cruising , and no one blinks an eye.....just my opinion....

As far as I am concerned he was the ultimate CD. I have a tremendous amount of respect for him. I just wish that I could learn how to spell his last name.
Without a Doubt, the BEST cruise director I have ever had, wish him happiness as a Mountie...

With the Price that Disney charges, they should bend over backwards to do something for you!!!!

Cozumel....Playa Bonita, on the "wild side" of the Island...... Great fresh Authentic Mexican food..... Nazz is really good in Falmouth
-
Great trip, have done it twice......fun whether you are a drinker or not.....first stop has the best beach, Coconuts is nice....fantastic view from the highest part of the island on the Eastern side.....several steps to climb to get up there, but the view is awesome..... Third stop.....Playa Bonita is my favorite stop.....right, and I mean right on the ocean...fantastic food, and the biggest BEST Margarita you will ever see, the Atomic Margarita...pace youself....Rastas is the fourth stop.....very laid back .....think Bob Marley......famous for their Coconut shrimp..... You get on the bus as strangers, by the time you leave Cocunuts, you will be singing on the bus like a well oiled choir, well maybe not that good....by the time you get off you will have copies of everyone's children and grandchildren, plus be on their Christmas card list
-
My favorite is the Shrimp Salad sandwich...they are usually only available one day of each cruise..... Will be having them in about two weeks......can't wait

I was on the Radiance on an Alaskan Cruise last September and the Brilliance out of Tampa in February .......just walk right on through....it seems like there is never anyone in Rita's on the Radiance Class ships...: (
-
Kyle Knight and Misty, great magic, illusionist, quick change show
-
Amen, cdamion
-
My thought about the Oasis Class is that they are big and revolutionary, I feel they are more about the the inside if the ship, the Ocean almost seems secondary on this class of ship...
-
To me the Radiance Class is the class that has lots of Light and spectacular ocean views from just about anywhere on the ship...
-
I took a float plane tour with Island Wings air service out of Ketchikan.... island wings and Michelle are the BEST.....depending on what time you Dan schedule your flight will determine how much time you have to do other things.....the whole thing takes about 2 1/2 hours........one of the two best things we did in Alaska
-
Fishermans Plate.......as far as all of the seafood being frozen, just got off of a Celebrity Cruise, went on a galley tour, and the head Chef explained that all seafood on the ship had to be frozen, had something to do with bacterial growth, so you will probably not see much "fresh" seafood on cruise ships.

Have been to all three restaurants on various ships. I know that food is a very subjective thing, but Central Park 150 might be one of the most disappointing meals I Have ever had on. Cruise ship.....outstanding service and presentation, but just didn't care for the food at all. if you are not a beef person, you might not want to do Samba Grill. On the other hand, have eaten at Giovanni on three different ships, outstanding food, service, and presentation, plus several different choices....again I know that food is very subjective, but just my opinion

I have stayed in Cabin 7593 Twice on the Liberty of the Seas, don't stay up late....NEVER heard a sound from the Royal Promenade...

I will be sailing on the Brilliance of the Seas on a Four night cruise in April 2014. does anyone know which of the Menu's they will be using at Dinner?
