30-50 mile per hour winds

We are on board the Pacific Princess leaving this coming Monday. Late last week I casually checked My Princess account to make certain everything remained ok only to see "incomplete" on our status. Being OCD I panicked a bit and called our rep... three calls and a hour and a half later I get a response of a "programming problem" and "we think everything is ok" - that is the kind of assurance I like before beginning a 3,000 mile trip to the ship....

I'm certain everything is fine and the "incomplete" has disappeared. Just sharing to show unintended consequences of changing programming of websites

We're thinking about bringing a couple of white hazmat covers... would that be a problem on formal night???

I am also worried. During the recent rocket attacks from the Gaza, the schools closed in Ashdod. I'm wondering how little it will take for the cruise lines to get cold feet and decide not to dock in Ashdod.

I would hope they would then do a 2 day stay in Haifa... wouldn't make that big a difference.

We are sailing on the Pacific Princess in Mid May and currently have a group of 7 it appears. We were considering the Albaraa Group but they want payment up front when they pick you up and am a little concerned to pay and then have them not show up for day 2 and being high and dry in Cairo. Another thing is that a driver apparently picks you up and the guide joins in Cairo. Is that the way it works with Ramses too or is the guide there to visit and share on the drive from Port Said?

The day you book it....... that is so much of the fun.
