Thanks everyone, I didn’t reply last night as I’m in the UK …time difference. Yes, I did get my captains club number a long time ago and only just made diamond in March .  I’m  probably too eager to see the new level on Celebrity.

I did email them last night, but will call if I don’t hear back.

Apologies, it’s getting confusing.  I’m already diamond on Royal Caribbean but only select ( level below elite ) on Celebrity.

Hi, I just checked the app and it states I am ‘ select ‘ level on celebrity 

I’m now diamond on RCI, if I’m understanding correctly I can use the benefits offered for this level on Celebrity ( cruising with them next year ) .I am a member of the Captains club.

Do I need to notify Celebrity of my RCI status level before i cruise , is there a certain department I call?

Hi, I’ve delved in a little deeper and I’m added as a travel companion to this email account.

ive updated his account giving new address / phone number and then I was able to put in my own VIFP number to proceed into the booking . 
The only thing is that the past cruises stop at his, whereas I’ve done a solo one since. Not sure how I can back track and get details for that .... something for another day !

Hi , I’m from the UK and I’m trying to book a cruise online. It will allow me to put all of my details in and then it asks me to log in. When I put email address it automatically comes up “ hi ****** , and his details “.

Ive tried deleting all of his details and then entering mine, including my own VIFP. In does accept them but it still says “ hi ******

Does this mean he’s the lead person on this email ? Will I always see his name ( which is no problem to me ) how can I just have it so that it’s only my details showing, “ hi ******”

Obviously from the UK I don’t want to call them and no email details!

Does HAL offer any excursions in Boston when disembarking, before going to the airport. I have an evening flight and trying to fill my last day .

Im from the uk and I cruised from Miami in April and I used Nomihealth , I booked online ( click the yellow bar )and   selected Miami dade, there are a lot of locations , I went to Adventura mall. The testing site is actually in an area off from the bus station .I took an Uber there. There were a few people there but probably took about 10 minutes for checking your info and the test.. When you complete the form online you enter the details of the cruise you are going on .I selected a day and could go at anytime. My results were emailed after about 90 minutes. I did some shopping at the mall whilst I waited in case there were any problems. There was no cost .

Hi, thanks for a quick reply. I think that would work better for us meeting at King Street station. I see that this is a train station so are there bus stops outside ( just so we know where we are meeting , we’re from the U.K. so unfamiliar with usa trains/buses.  I’ve just had a quick look at wanderu and busbud, I looked at Amtrak but it looked like the train? Apologies if I misunderstood the website . Aside from something drastic happening my friend will be ok to get to the bus stop in plenty of time after disembarking the ship ?

My friend will be disembarking Ovation of the seas in September and I will be staying in downtown Seattle. We both need to meet up and take the Quick shuttle bus to Vancouver.  Do you think there will be any issues if I take an Uber and meet him at the pier, ( crowds , not finding bus stop ) I can get there anytime ( before people arrive to embark ) I know there will be thousands disembarking,  I’ve checked an alternative going from SeaTac but that service leaves in the afternoon .

Hi, I’m hoping to sail from New Orleans this year on a carnival ship. I have come across Gretna medical centre that will do the required test but looking at the form to fill in online I’m not sure if an international traveller can use this facility. I can’t see anywhere that I can email them to ask. Does anyone know ( by looking at this website ) if I can use it or know of an alternative place to go.

I’m staying on Biscayne Boulevard prior to my cruise ( sailing 16th April ) , can someone advise where I can go to get my required testing done prior to boarding. I have been doing some research ( nomi health testing but it won’t let me click on the icon to see details )I also found  a facility at the terminals that I can use, if no ships are docked, but just wondered if there is anywhere nearer / walkable. I appreciate that there may be a cost for this. Thank you

Hi I’m looking to book a March 8-15 Mexico cruise LA -LA and I’m just wondering if there is a possibility that the ship may have a lot of college students on it.. ( no problem with that, I just don’t want it over run with them )I’m coming in from the UK and not too sure how these spring breaks work.. Hi my brother is booked on the 31st Aug sailing to the Bahamas he has just received an email saying it’s no longer sailing to this destination and has only offered him a shorter cruise as an alternative plus $100. As I’ve been reading it’s now going to Canada which is the cruise he would like to do as obviously the dates are the same (flights hotel etc all booked ).

Will RCCL allow him to book on this cruise to Canada at a new cost/no difference in price plus keep the offered obc or are his other choices, to cancel or rebook the shorter cruise. He is from the UK so not sure where he stands re cancellation and refund of deposit . Thank you.
