I think your CL key (assuming you have one) works the instant you are on the ship. I was in the CL on Allure about 11:30am boarding day. I will say that the employees still seemed to be in set-up mode so I'm not sure if the Concierge was ready to do reservations. When asked, he did say "sorry, no lunch" [NOTE Oasis does seem to do boarding lunch, Allure does not seem to]. We were among the first D+ to board, and my GF had gone to "Show Reservations" (I think this was in "On Air") and immediately got the shows we wanted. By pre-arrangement, she then came to the CL and discovering that I was not there and that there was no lunch, met me at the window table I had snagged in WJ.

Does anyone know what time the CL opens on embarkation day? We haven't made reservations for anything and wanted to go there first thing to try and get stuff booked.

Great review! We'll be on Oasis very soon and this is just what I need to finish the countdown! We are in a suite (OS) for the first time and can't wait for this experience. I contacted Israel as well for some things, including a cabana, and he got back to me right away! Thanks for doing this review and I look forward to the rest.

 

If you have anything else suite/concierge/etc related, please share! Hard to find menus for CL and I'm curious as to the food selection in there. Especially on day one as we'd like to avoid the WJ!

What is the email to get in touch with the concierge on the Oasis? We will be in a suite and have some questions.

Will the speciality restaurants fill up if you dont make a reservation before going onboard?

Quiet Cabin (With comments on problems. Note if connecting. ) – At about 7:30 am every morning it sounded as if someone was scooping ice and rolling a cart. There is a service door right across the hall that might have contributed to this noise. I am a light sleeper and it woke me up every morning.

Balcony View - Give comments on view, noting if location of any obstructions was an issue. – The balcony does have life boats below that obstruct from your straight down view of the water. There is also a poll to the right of the balcony that didn't really obstruct from your view.

Balcony Size? Normal or oversized for class? - Normal sized

Was wind a problem? No

If an aft cabin, was soot a problem? No

Any specific problems with this cabin? Just the noise at around 7:30 am every morning.
