  1. My husband and I are taking both of our fathers on a cruise to Bermuda.  Both have lost their wives in the last 5 years. They've both wanted to cruise for a long time.  This is a memory we want to create with them.  While in Bermuda, what tour would you suggest we do with them?  Their walking abilities are limited.

  2. I would suggest Eagle Beach.....unless you like crowds. Eagle beach is the #3 rated beach in the world. If you want crowds and more busy an area then go to Palm Beach. It’s very calm there, more like a lake! No waves. You will find those at Eagle Beach. All depends on what you are looking for.

Does Eagle Beach have food and bathrooms

  3. When we cruise to Aruba, I’m wanting to do a beach for the day. I think I’ve narrowed it down to Palm Beach or Reflexions. Would love to hear your input as to which you prefer and why.

  4. :(

We had my one year old grandson with us four years ago and they did not offer car seats in the taxi. We just seat belted him in with Mom. Depending on where you stay, it's not that far of a drive from your hotel to the port. We've always been there within 10 minutes usually.

Sorry. That should have read "seat belted him in with Mom right beside him"

  5. we took a speedboat from belize to a private island. royal palm caye resort. we are a family of 7. we were the only ones on the island. absolutely beautiful. no little kids running around. no fighting for chairs or where to sit. included lunch and a drink. if i were looking for a place to have a small wedding this would be it. there are 5 pastel colored home which can be rented. think it was $100 for the day. and then the speedboat ride back. we all felt like millionaires for the day.

Was this a ship excursion or did you find it on your own? If you found it on your own, I would like more information please.

  6. I have also toured at each of these islands. I think our tour of Dominica was probably our favorite of all. We never felt in danger or that it was unsafe. Dominica is not as touristy as other islands and we enjoy that type of island.

I have also stayed on St Marteen for an extended period of time and enjoyed that. We rented a car while there, and would not hesitate to do it again. Ultimately, you can't really go wrong on any of the islands.

Our last time at St Kitts, we took an ATV tour and had so much fun. It was great.

Any time we visit Antigua anymore, we just pick a beach and go. There are so many to choose from. Whatever you do, I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself.

  7. We are booked on a cruise stopping in Belize. This will be our first time there and I am struggling deciding what to do while there. Please tell me your favorite thing to do there. All input and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

  8. We've always walked outside the port to catch a cab to Accra Beach and made arrangement for them to come back and pick us up. Every cab driver we've had has been ok with us paying him at the end of the day. But there are always cabs there too.
