I'm in the same boat(lol) as the original poster. We purchased our cruise reservation in January 2015. Luckily we were able to get a number of perks and one of them was the UDP. I am seeing the charges and have some questions.

1. If we choose to eat in the Main Dining Room, do we have to pay the extra charges for the Lobster, prime rib, etc.

2. When eating at a specialty restaurant, are we limited (even though it states unlimited) to 1 appetizer, 1 entrée, 1 desert, etc.

3. What upcharges, if any do we have to pay at LeBistro, Cagney's?

I just finished reading "The Last Original Wife" by Dorthea Benton Franks.

This is a light, entertaining and amusing book which I could have seen myself reading on a cruise. Unfortunately, I had to read it from home!

Was on the breakaway. Sailing the gem in October. Having just sailed the breakAway, I noticed there a better variety of food at buffer for dinner. Was pleasantly surprised. No real lines for dining rooms either.

I love my TA. Booked a guaranteed balcony. Prices went down and I got upgraded to mini suite. You want to get recommendations from someone. That's how I got hooked up with this TA good luck!

I reserved a balcony on the Breakaway through a travel agent a couple of weeks ago. Departure is May 4th. When I booked he stated that I could get an onboard credit of $50. Now if I go to the NCL site I see they are giving $100 plus $50.

Is it to late to reach out to my travel agent to see if I can get the $100. Please advise if you know. Tks.
