We are travelling on Ovation in April 2020 and will have several children in multiple rooms with family members.Will we need to get a seperate card for each room or can access card be set to have several rooms added to them .This would then make it easier for children to get in to parents room without having to carry several cards

Not so easy .Local TA holds the booking already and we managed to get the family room and room we wanted but the price took 5 days for them to sort out as they forgot about 5th person in room .We kept asking if discount was included but when we finally got the price discovered it wasn't RCL au just said thats how special run

Our family of 7 which includes DD her husband and 3 children are planning a cruise out of Port Canaveral in September 2018 on Oasis. As there was the 30% discount offered per person till end of the month we thought that this would be included.

We had future cruise bookings that were were moving to the new dates that I booked on board ship last year which were transferred to our TA.

We have since discovered that every other country offers the deal but RC Australia won't honour the discount as they say its a different marketing budget.

Although they are offering it on Alaskan trips and also the Symphony the Sea and the older Caribbean cruises,just not ones released last week releases.

Has anyone had to deal with this before and ended up with a good outcome.Also makes it worse when thy increase discount to 40% this week for other cruise.

Any advise welcome

Hi when we were in Noumea 2weeks ago free internet in coconut square about a block from cruise port and as a earlier poster said just need email address and they send you a password.

In Villa found 5 minutes of free wifi at cascade waterfalls by the swimming pool or you could get a password for longer with a purchase from cafe

We are travelling on the Pacific Pearl soon and wondered what was included in the thermal suite and the cost per day.

Do you have to buy a pass for the whole cruise or can you just buy a few days.

Hi can you hep me .We are taking sky train and bus from airport to Victoria ferry using 1 zone fare saver ticket.I know we need to add on an add on fare for extra zone ,Do we do this at airport or at Bridgeport when we change to bus.

2 of us wiil arriving on a Fri afternoon seems we would have a long wait for Pacific coach as flight arrives @2pm.
