We were on the same cruise and met 10 people with no hot water. Our water was hot but the water was turned off in our cabin all day Friday. It was not only Baja deck with problems with leaking water.

It took us 4 hours to wash one load of clothes on Baja deck. Passenger services keep sending people who had no idea what to do. One did bring a sign to put on the washer but every time we left another washer broke and the sign keep moving. There were also problems with dryers. We were advised to go to Deck 12 to dry our dripping wet clothes since dryers were breaking on Baja. 3 hours later they were mostly dry other passengers were not so lucky.

They sent ours on day 5 of the cruise. Strange!

We had an OBC from a Nov. cruise. I call last week to ask when we would receive it. They told me you have to ask for it otherwise they don't send it. It will take 6 weeks to receive it from when you ask for it. Also asked if we could have the credit applied to our cruise next week. They said only if you email them a special request.

We get into Whittier at 12:30 am. Has anyone had this experience in the past?

Any ideas on how to get to Anchorage at that time of night?
