BALCONY VIEW: Very slight obstruction on the right side due to some sort of construction material. Not a major deal as it's easy to see right around it.

BALCONY SIZE: VERY large

WIND A PROBLEM?:No

SOOT A PROBLEM?:Mo

PROBLEMS/COMMENTS: As mentioned above, small issue with the machine. The balcony was absolutely huge and wrapped around the entire side. The room itself is absolutely oversized. Another issue with the balcony is that if you go out far enough, you can see people above and below you. Also not a big deal.

I can't believe you did this so quick! I just got back from the airport and am sorting through some things. The towels, pins, and pens all say President's Cruise on them :D. Even though I was on this ship with you, can't wait for the rest!

I think this detail is not compatible with the class of this cabin.

Is it a major issue?

I wouldn't call it major.

However, I would book a different cabin - in normal situation.

In your case - I believe that being close to your friends will be a major plus.

Don't worry and enjoy your cruise.

The thing is the only other room available is two decks down or below the café. We want to be near our friends who already booked. I can't really tell from the pics (bad eyes) but do you think it would be a major issue?

Yes, there is a window washer near the balcony.

 

 

 

 

Booking a cabin one deck above or below would solve the issue.

What would you say about 1405 on the Silhouette? I think you said there is a window washer next to it, so I'm kind of worried. What would you say about it?
