We have not sailed Princess in many years but booked a 12 day cruise of the British Isles for June 2025. Does Princess ever put their shore excursions on sale ? We have been sailing Celebrity for many years and they have periodic sales. Thank you for your help and really looking forward to our new adventure

Anyone book Greg's Safaris?  We are interested in a morning tour   I have emailed them directly but no answer yet.  Was there a lot of walking involved or could you stay in the vehicle , or near it , while others walked around.  Thanks in advance.

We enjoyed the smaller ship. Yes she is a little tired but very clean and the crew was outstanding.  Service was great. There were 1050 passengers. I heard no mention of Covid the whole time we were on board. Disembarking in Ravenna was smooth. We opted for the transfer from ship to Venice City Center. We were able to buy a 3 day vaporetto pass  when we got off the bus and rode it to our hotel. Spent 3 days enjoying Venice. Then took the high speed train back to Rome.  Spent the night in Rome and then flew back to Newark. It was a wonderful trip on a wonderful ship. Very happy with Celebrity. 

We took all our tours thru Celebrity. Most of the tours had about 30 people and with the exception of 1 were excellent.  The guide on the tour of the Amalfi coast and Pompeii was not good. I hated to complain but I did to guest services regarding his tour. If they do not know there is a problem they cannot fix it. 

We are not big fans of the production shows on cruises so only went to a few  we did enjoy some of the music in the lounges and really enjoyed the game shows and trivia. It was so nice that Benjamin remembered us from our last cruise in February on the Reflection.  

We had anytime dining and had a great waiter and assistant waiter and sommelier that the hostess was able to reserve the same table for our whole cruise. The food was very good our whole cruise. At times the buffet at lunch did not have food to our taste but we were always able to find something we liked and never were hungry. Our meal in Tuscan was delicious. We all had the filet and it was cooked perfectly  again a great server 

We flew from Newark to Rome three days before cruise. Used Rome Cabs for all our transfers with excellent results Our hotel rooms were ready when we arrived at 10 am which was a pleasant surprise. We throughly enjoyed Rome for the days prior to cruise   We’re able to see our bucket list items and enjoy  the city. On embarkation day we were picked up early and off to the ship. We tested using emed in our hotel room. The hardest part was holding the iPad at the correct angle and hearing the very soft spoken  proctor. Check in at the ship was quick and easy.  Dropped off our hand luggage and off to book Tuscan reservations and to lunch. 

Recently off this wonderful cruise. I have obsessively followed these boards prior to cruise so thought I would share  my trip. We were 2 couples traveling , both have sailed Celebrity many times. We are  retired and travelled in a 2 b cabin  We are not foodies but enjoy a nice meal. We did not upgrade our drink package and we were happy with our classic package. The basic internet served our needs to email home  and keep up with our local news. I will continue in comments

For anyone who has recently sailed on the Western Carribean route of the Equinox, what nights are the dressier nights?  We are especially interested in the night that lobster is served- we do not want to book our speciality  dinner that night  Thanks in advance/  We are so looking forward to our cruise

Are they offering any specials for their speciality dining? Last cruise on the Oasis they offered 50 % off day 1 and other specials. Just wondering if they are on the Harmony Thanks for all the good info

On the Website, Royal is advertising some discounts for their specialty dining venues. We will be sailing on the Harmony of the Sea in January. Anyone who has recently sailed on the Harmony- did they offer any specials on board?:) Two years ago , on the Oasis, they offered first night 50% off specials and other specials .

We have used South Florida Shuttle multiple times in the past with great service, however we have sent several emails and phone calls to them with no response. Has anyone used them recently for transportation to cruise port from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami. Or can anyone recommend a different shuttle?:) Thanks!

Looking to sail of the Reflection. What are your feelings on the 1b- like the location vs 1a (slant balconies)- are they darker and are the views obstructed. To those of you who have stayed in both-which did you prefer?

Hi! We are new to Celebrity and are thinking of a cruise on the Reflection in Jan 2016. We usually sail Princess , the Regal our last trip. On the Regal we were in a BB balcony . What is comparable on Celebrity Reflection-to those who have cruised both. We like an unobstructed balcony mid ship and on a slightly higher deck (were on 14 on Regal). Looked on the Princess website but cannot find any info about reserving a speciality restaurant before we board. Just like to get everything planned out before I go. Anyone have any info?

Sailing on the Regal Princess In Feb and going on an excursion with Fury to do some snorkeling. Just found out we need to take a taxi from where our ship docks in Crown Bay to The Fat Turtle Restaurant in the Yacht Haven Grande Marina. Can anyone give me an idea of the cost of a taxi-just so I am prepared with enough cash. And does anyone know if Princess keeps to ship time or goes to island time when we dock Thanks for all your help.

Hoping someone could help with a few questions regarding Oasis dining. We will be going on

the 1/31 western cruise, traveling with a group of 12. Wondering if anyone has a recent menu for the main dining room so we could plan which nights to do speciality dining. Also, for a group of 12 should we expect to wait a long time for MTD? Thank you for any help.

Sailing on the Regal Princess in Feb. and are looking for a snorkel/catamaran excursion. After a lot of research the St Maarten Trade Winds Sailing Excursion from St Maarten cruise excursions looks like something we would enjoy. Can anyone give some input on this trip. Thanks very much

Sorry for some reason cannot remember the answer to this question and go to Cozumel every year on a cruise. We are on the Ruby Princess and can't remember is we stay on ship time while in port. I think we do but the old brain is frozen this morning and just can't rmember Thank you -I leave tomorrow and think I am already in vacation mode

We wish to use the ez check service on our upcoming cruise docking in Ft Lauderdale. Our flight originates as a Southwest Flight but we change to Air Tran at BWI. Do you think that will be two different airlines or really the same as they are now merged. Any input would be helpful Thanks in advance

WE are sailing the Ruby Princess on Feb 1. We arrive in Grand Cayman on Tuesday Feb 4 at 11 am and depart at 7 pm. I understand we remain on ship's time but it seems that ship time and Cayman time may be the same but cannot seem to be sure. We are taking a tour with Cpt Marvin and he returns us to the dock at 5:30 for our tender back. Just want to make sure we are not cutting ourselves to tight with the time. We understand he is used to ship cruisers and their need to be back in time but just would like to know if the info regarding time is correct. There is a time difference in Cozumel between their time and ship time. Can someone help me out here. Thanks in advance.

Any idea how far the Sawgrass outlets are from the hyatt summerfield suites and a ball park idea on taxi fare. Thanks

followed the tips by betterbidding.com and looked for the 8th icon to be golf nearby . the area was ft lauderdale airport. thanks for the info about things to do. sounds like a van taxi to the beach and just walk around a little and then dinner and then one of us will have to have a hospitality room to get ready for our cruise. thanks again

got the summerfield suites on hotwire for a good price (72.00) there are 12 of us traveling together. just wondering about things to do the day we get there. can we get to the beach via taxi or bus etc to just walk around? Are there shops worth looking at near the beach? is there enough to do on los olas blvd for the whole day? any casual resturants near by for dinner- a chain is fine- like olive garden etc (need something that everyone can find something they like)? any help appreciated thanks so much also how is this hotel?
