Can you set a limit for someone on your card? We will have our son and daughter with us can we limit the spending on their room cards to say $100 each?

I just saw a link on face book that RCL has changed their drink package rules. Everyone in a cabin does not have to have a package. They have 4 different ones. Do you think NCL will change?
