How do I initiate a Sail & Sign account with Cruise Cash?

I was going to open with cash, but then maybe purchase $500 in cruise cash instead

Then attach a debit/credit card to it

Overall, I wanted to purchase the Cheers program, and didn't want a huge hold placed on my card

Is there such a thing as smoking rooms in any Hotels in the FQ

..or do I have to book a room in a diff area

I guess I don't necessarily have to stay in that area...

Definitely will be purchasing on our upcoming cruise..especially for the wife, because lately she's been outdrinking me!

Just wish I could prepay before boarding instead of using the same card as my s/s and getting a larger hold

New Orleans is a grand city, but in June, it can be hot and humid. Something you may not be used to in MN.

 

I love the Port of New Orleans, easy in easy out.

 

Where to stay, IDK, my family lives in NOLA. What to do, enjoy the French Market, walk on the river front, find a hole in the wall poboy shop. Leave the Quarter and go to the Garden District and Uptown. Magazine Street area. Warehouse district has artists and shops as well. Get a day Street Car Pass and just ride from the Quarter pass Audubon Park/zoo, ( I think it's all repaired, the last time I went, it stopped near Napoleon).

Anyways...... Good for you for getting it paid off!! I'll be making my final payment soon. Only thing to now is count the days!:)

So.... We've decided to fly in and arrive at 930am on a Sunday, prior to our Monday cruise. Hope to find a hotel that allows us to check in that early...

Then fly back home Sat evening. I figured we could have our bags waiting for us at the airport and spend at least half a day more in the city after our 8am cruise return that Sat.

Sail out on a Monday. I'm thinking of flying in the day before and stay the night.

Ship returns 8am Saturday. I wonder if any near hotels that we could check in that early for another night's stay

More leaning towards flying in instead of driving

Debating on coming in super early on a Sun and and staying before a Mond cruise, or, Coming in on a Mond and go right to the port, and stay in NO Sat night after the cruise

Guess it depends on where the best place to stay, transferring from airport to cruise port/or hotel... or cruise port to hotel then airport next day

Decision decisions ...I hate making them. It took me a month to decide which ship we should take

I'll more likely get it for myself (and definitely the wife).

I'm just curious if it covers the drink of the day since it's in a different cup

We usually drink nothing but the dod

I'm also curious... I thought I read somewhere that they cut you off after 15 drinks during a 6am to 6am 24hr period??

Not sure if it covers the 'drink of the day' either
