  1. There are 2 ways to do it. With one you book a particular cruise. You can move that to another cruise. That deposit is refundable. You can move to Celebrity or Azamara. The other way you do NOT book a particular cruise. That deposit is, I believe, unrefundable once you make the reservation. That certificate must be used on RC (not Celebrity or Azamara). You also get Friends & Family certificates which you can give to others to get the same deal (reduced deposit/OBC) on the cruise you eventually book.

  2. Does anyone have info on the Fitness Center? What sort of classes are offered? Do they have high quality ellipticals? Do they have enough or do you have to wait? Do they have free weights? Cable machines? Stability balls? Squat rack? What are the hours like?

We sailed on the Enchantment February 2011 but I hadn't yet set foot in a gym. Now I'm addicted! I will definitely be hitting the gym this time out! (April)

  3. Tam Tam .... I *love* that dress!

I'm starting to buy dresses for our July cruise (weight loss maintenance incentive!).

I have this one in royal blue:

and ordered these 3 from Penneys (for under $50 total!)... hopefully they will all fit:

I'm still on the hunt for a red dress - cocktail length or longer. (Although I have a more casual red dress that MIGHT not be too big.)

We only have 2 formal nights on the cruise but I can 'get away with' dressing up more the other nights, can't I? I'm thinking I won't bother the first night (with bags perhaps not being delivered in time) but after that.... I am looking forward to dressing up!

  4. Do you find that you get decent service with a beverage package? My worry is that once they recognize us as passengers with a beverage package we will get subpar service from bartenders/waitstaff/sommelier unless we tip on top of the included gratuity. I like to tip above for special service - a complicated drink, delivery of a drink poolside or to my table, a wine recommendation - but not with every single drink.
