  1. Finally got through late this afternoon and booked family of 5 (2 adults + 3 children, 6,10,12) in family balcony room for 5 nights ny to Bermuda for $6720.

We have loved the 2 Disney cruises we have been on out of Florida. we have never been to Bermuda. we live in NY so love the idea of not having to fly to the port.

Anyone else book the Bermuda cruises? ever been to Bermuda? will kids enjoy it?

We'll be booking one of the Bermuda cruises  Now I'll have to start doing research!!

  2. I will say that when we knew that we would have a day at WDW during our cruise, we went online and booked the one reservation that we wanted for lunch with no issues. And transportation from the ship to the parks to the ship was a breeze. Just decide which park you want to start at, and that's the bus that you'd board at the ship. We had a great time (even though we have APs and there was no discount for not having to use the cruise admission).

  3. We're also doing a B2B this year, and the rule would be that for each leg of your B2B, you're allowed 2 750ml bottles of wine pp or 1 6pk of beer pp.

However, you would have to bring it onboard when you're boarding for each leg of your cruises.

So, 2 bottles each on embarkation #1 and 2 bottles each on embarkation #3. However, any port visits made during cruise #1 you could bring on 2 bottles each as well. You don't have to drink it all during cruise #1 either (assuming you have the same stateroom for both legs of your B2B)

    Hope this helps!.

  4. WOW! It DOES sound too good to be true. I've done a little online research (Trip Advisor etc)' date=' and so far I can't find any negative comments about the People to People program. (I like to be particularly careful - guess I'm just a little bit of a sceptic)

Sounds very interesting!!! Thanks for sharing![/quote']

This does sound like it's worth checking out!! Thanks:cool:

  5. We do have a true chip & pincard from USAA.

I have a card with USAA and am curious to know whether they charge foreign transaction fees for your out of country expenses.

We're planning a transatlantic with Northern European stops- and am trying to find a card that has chip/pin/no foreign transaction fees.

    TIA....

  6. You do need to be on the ship and hooked up to their WiFi for the app to work.

We used it on our Fantasy cruise at the end of November, and it worked great most of the time.

It did have one or two glitches, but it helped me out a lot when I was trying to figure out what I could eat at dinner.

The menu listing came in handy, as did the DoD list, the movie list and the events/character meet and greets.

We're hoping that the Magic/Wonder class get them too!
