    In an effort to provide all of our guests with the best possible web experience, we are limiting traffic to our new site at this time so we can test in a controlled environment.   2. Celebrity currently offers complimentary room service 24 hours a day.

     

    On all sailings beginning on or after 10/01/15, a late night room service fee will be added. Orders between 11 PM and 6 AM will be charged a $4.95 per room service fee.

     

    For our Suite Class guests, the late-night room service charge is waived.

     

    Today is 11/19/15, after the 10/1 date mentioned in your post. Is there currently a charge?

    I don't agree that it would ruin the shoe. It may ruin my game, but no-one knows what the next card will be.

     

    If you don't understand the game or the odds, you should not be playing.

  4. however we do not eat in the MDR. We do get room service for our evening meal and use the buffet for other meals. I feel tipping the MDR could be better used for the others. Any thoughts?

     

    Also, this sounds like a creative way to STIFF the Staff!!!!! :rolleyes:

  5. I'm glad I didn't hold my breath. Don't ask me to email you (celebrity) and not even have the courtesy to respond. @celebritycruises tweeted back "thanks! We are aware of the problem". It would also be nice of somebody from Cruise Critic to explain what they are doing on their end and if they know what the problem is. While this isn't the biggest problem in the world by far, it does go to show the lack of customer service lately.

    Why don't you ask the IT department to post on this website as to WHY

    nothing can be fixed and have them read all the negative comments

    about your website!!!!!

    Yes, that will for sure solve the WEBSITE problems, "just ignore it".

    Not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but we work very hard to provide information to our IT team in order to patch up any issues. From my understanding, our website issues are slowly, but surely being resolved.

     

    The accomplishment should be, for you to pass on all of the hundreds of

    complaints to the IT department and then get these issues resolved in

    a timely manner, not the months and months it is taking.

     

    It should not take that long, ask your competitor cruise lines for help!!!!! :rolleyes:
