Hi. I tried booking through Top Cash Back and during the booking process the Fred Olsen website failed to complete, so I ended up having to book over the phone. I raised a case with Top Cash Back and contacted Fred Olsen, after a few weeks the case was resolved and I received the discount! Fred Olsen's web site is not the best, but top marks to Top Cash Back. :-)

Hi. We will be on the Dream in just over a week, my wife has booked the drinks package, but as I am only drinking water at the moment I was wondering is the bottled water included? I hope so I don't want to have to buy it on top of the package! Bibbage
