  1. We had them in the Oceanview Cafe made fresh while you wait at dinner which is a really nice change from the MDR.

Thanks for answering my question! That's great to hear. My husband loves the Cowboy they used to serve. The rest of the thread took off on a completely different dinner topic and didn't add any answers to my question. LOL!

  2. We were on Divina on the 4/26 sailing and I must say, it's cheap for a reason. For the savings, we had fun, but all prices equal, no way would we go MSC again. I'll do a full review soon, and I'll tell you both sides because there are some good things and the main parts of the ship are indeed gorgeous. I'm a firm believer that part of every vacation is what you make of it, but I will warn those of you that are normally Celebrity or Princess travelers, there is no comparison (except maybe in yacht club, which I can't speak for), and the few other travelers we encountered that spoke English fluently all said the exact same things, and would say it first, or completely agree. Please, whatever you do, choose the option for taking your own luggage directly off the ship and go the instant it's cleared (about 7:15 am) because they are clueless in that area. It's a total fiasco and almost made us miss a noon flight from MIA. We've cruised many different lines and I find it hard to believe that after doing this itinerary since fall of last year that they haven't made some much needed adjustments in their process, it was unbelievable.

  3. Keep in mind, depending on the weather, the mid-ship pool bar (deck 9 I believe) is inside. Lots of room, and large windows that are open in good weather, but great cover if it's bad or windy. The one aft is open/outside.

  4. Wikipedia identifies the ship as the M.S. not M.V. Majesty. It also states that Majesty Cruise lines was sold to NCL and not Dolphin.

Here is the link (I hope this is the ship you are talking about)

Thanks for that link, that's interesting, because it sounds like they're talking about the same ship, but the only time I'm known as a pack rat is in my scrapbooking and I just dug out my book that still has the boarding passes, key cards, and believe it or not, two of their old brochures. They all say M.V. Royal Majesty ~ Majesty Cruise Lines. I was a travel agent back then and I'm thinking maybe our sales rep worked for them and then went to work for Dolphin - my brain is really foggy from those days. Maybe they weren't related at all, but it was fun to look at those pictures again and remember how much fun we had on that ship. :)
