I think they raise their prices by 50 to 60%, then give you 40% off.

We’ve lost most of the perks anyway.

Yep. Hampshire County somewhere between DaNang and Okinawa 1969.

Why buy one? There are dozens of them left unattended on loungers throughout the ship.

We also purchased this package last spring and used it on our 14 day Hawaii cruise in October 2018. Lots of pictures with no problem redeeming. They had a list of at the photo desk and just checked every time you gathered your pictures. Worked great.

As a non smoker, I would never report someone smoking on their balcony.

We've booked the Hampton Inn in the Rocky Point area. Has anyone stayed there? If so, do you remember if there any decent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Thanks.

Please provide proof of these statements.
Just did it today. Sent email with attachment this morning and by mid afternoon was notified that it was accepted. On board credit now showing on my cruise documents.

Is there a form that you submit with proof of ownership?
-
How do you find out about it? Is it posted in the Fun Times?

Would be nice to have if you fell overboard and they could track your exact location. Something to think about.

Just remember you have to wear your platinum S&S card around your neck in plain view, look down your nose at the reds and golds, and curse the FTTFs for buying, rather than earning, their perks.

We plan to.

Just off the Breeze. We were given a choice between all prints or all digital.

I've done this exact same tour from Cozumel. To each his own I guess. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Ferry ride was not that long. Bus ride was long but it was comfortable and air conditioned. I did not mind the chance to buy sourvenirs at the shop they take you to. Ruins were awesome. I've been to Tikal and Copan, and while Tulum is not grand with all the pyramids, it is a beautiful site. Something different, if you like Mayan sites. The beach there is so pretty. Bus ride back was welcome since I was really tired and could take a nap. What a great day!
I totally agree. We enjoy seeing the county side during the bus ride and listening to the tour guide give historical information about the region. We totally enjoyed the ruin site itself and try to book a ruins tour whenever we are in Cozumel.

then i'm guilty of receiving excellent service for my bribes.
$20 to room steward on day 1 of a 7 day cruise. another $10 if they're doing everything right for us. 2x service, ice, extra towels, oversee my laundry as needed, extra pillows, wine glasses and whatever else we need for our room.
on YTD we request the best wait staff on first night. i give maitre d' either $20 or $40 on first night with my request so s/he knows i want excellent service. if we get great service, we request that same wait staff for the entire cruise.
on the 2nd night's dinner, we'll give $40 to the head waiter and let him/her know we'll be with them the entire cruise. and then we give them another $40-80 (group size dependent) on the last night's dinner. and we receive exceptional service in MDR. never pay corkage fees, always pour a side glass of wine for our head waiter (we bring a lot of bottles on board to enjoy), food is cooked to order and we're known to order many appetizer size plates for dinner.
and yes, we pre-pay our cruise tips.
life is too short to be cheap. it's vacation time and we work hard to enjoy vacations. what's another $100-160 to get great service? on land, i'd wind up paying more for such service in hotels and restaurants. cruising is still an amazing value.
What a load of BS!

Just got off the Valor yesterday. Dining room service was great and food was also good. My only complaint would be the clutter on the table. Between wine glasses, bread box, bread plate, etc. the table always looked cluttered. They need to remove wine glasses if they are not being used.

Nope. Doesn't bother me and I am an ex smoker. Not my job to enforce no smoking rules.

LOL, I said basically the same thing on another post and was accused of starting a rumor. Some awful touchy people on here.
