Same this happened to us in June this year missed kotor stop lots of people were less than happy we had been before but were still disappointed as kotor is a hi light of this cruise. Wonder if this is going to be habitual

No extra taxes added as they have a port outside the eu Kotor so you will pay only the expected tax. We were on this cruise in June this year. Enjoy

Checked today and gone back to guarantee only so looks was a glitch

We are under 1 year from our cruise and noticed we are showing ocean view accessible guarantee but no number for cabin allocated.

Who is cruise director on Rhapsody Of The Seas we are on her on 6/7/2019 out of Venice but can’t see any details can anyone help thanks

We were on constellation in November and must say all was well kept very clean in all areas and staff and food superb. We prefer smaller ships albeit they are older but you know what they say the older the wiser. Everyone’s expectations are different but if you know you are booking a cruise on an older ship it will not be pristine everywhere but in the main you should not be disappointed

Complaining seems to be some people’s favourite thing - I guess some just want to give the impression that they are used to better and higher standards

 

My complaints arise when there are issues of safety.

 

The hospitality industry hopes to please but does not guarantee. Mass volume takes its toll. How can any system serve 5000 plus dinners without some disappointment? Issues of value and preference should be separated from the notices of health and welfare repercussions.

 

Even on some of the most expensive cruises, not all goes well.

Did that cruise in June I would not do it as plenty comfortable places to view and save the money for the very very expensive drinks

Just of rhapsody and first night chops buy one get one free. You have to ask as they want to make bigger sales

Does anyone know what rccl are doing in 2018 as far as these are concerned. I do hope they will deploy a ship there for the end of 2017 start of 2018 season.

We are on jet 2 flight from Edinburgh which gets us into Venice at 12 which is plenty time for our cruise on 10/6

What a shame to miss out on kusadasi it is a fantastic stop with great shops bars and restaurants with very welcoming residents. Also to miss out on historical sites etc. We were there last September and it is allwAys one of my favourite stops. Also this will possibly affect prices as there will be no port out with Europe which will have an effect on prices and taxes from Europe ports.
