You can also purchase a frio pack prior to your cruise. These are designed to keep your insulin cold, and for travel. They work by immersing in water and letting it evaporate to cool. I use one on all my cruises and it keeps my insulin adequately cooled. Hope this helps.

I dislike the new sight as well. Booked a room for 3 people, tried to enter the other 2 occupants information and can't change last name gives error message. Now have to call to fix. Major inconvenience.

The washers and dryers on the Dream accept your sign & sail card to operate. Do not need change.

Just returned and used Bumping Tours for their wet tour @ $47.00 pp and additional $5 for snorkel equipment. This is second time used them, both times they responded quickly via email and gave easy directions to meet at pier. We had rain most of the day, but they did a good job making sure we still got to see attractions and participate in all activities.
