We were on the Reflection in January.  Going on Edge on the 7th.

It is a filet, I have it in addition to my lobster for surf and turf.

We were in a suite for our 25th anniversary.  Somehow we ended up with 6 single women who thought it would be fun to order every appetizer, entree and have each served one at a time.  After one night of this, less than romantic dining and being the last in dining room we opted to eat in cabin.

At breakfast butler served us on balcony, me with delicious fresh berries each morning and lovely coffee.

Dinner served a course at a time.  So lovely, we love dining outside and so very romantic.

We have enjoyed several, our favorite being the Reidel wine glasses with the joker and how the shape of the glass really does influence taste.

We had so much fun doing mixology.

I enjoyed the champagne tasting on Equinox, got to enjoy a glass of $500 champagne, which will never happen again in my lifetime.

Cutting back on quality of food.  I like the small portions so I can enjoy appetizer, main and dessert.  Also nickel, diming me.  We do all included and upgrade to premium drink package.  It all comes down to daily cost for us.

Not sure about that, but we did not get our bag until the night before our first port stop.

We just got off Equinox and upgrade was $9 day pp.  going on Edge in April, upgrade was $13 pp.  both plus gratuities.

Enjoying reading your live reviews.  So excited for our cruise in 2 weeks.  We haven't been to Carribean in too  long.

When I tried to get my price changed (cruise dropped $500 for same class cabin with same inclusions) I was told I was not eligible.  My TA tried to get me an upgrade, which at that time was available and Celebrity told her nothing was available.  Quite disappointed.

We were on Dream in January. First lunch in Cabana's was Jonah crab claws, next day, snow crab and the pattern continued throughout cruise. Served next to shrimp.

We are in a newly renovated room on deck 6. They have new blow dryers. The kind you have to hold the button down to keep it running.

Thanks for all the input on upgrades, hairdryers and frig. We will be on deck 6 for a Charter on February 10. Seems they are starting from bottom up.

Can anyone tell me about hair dryers? They used to have big tube things, are they regular blowdryers in upgraded cabins or the same old? We are sailing on a charter on February 10.

I'm on the Victory for a chartered cruise leaving 2/2/18. Looks like there will only be 2 cruises prior to our 10-day charter.

 

Interesting. Maybe we're going to get some of the new dining venues and such. Since all the cabins will have been redone prior to this dry dock, I have to assume this is going to be all about the public spaces. Makes me wish I could do a back-to-back!

All of this is very curious. We begin our charter on February 10, 2017 for 3 nights. We are supposed to be on the Victory. Will be interesting.

Question - so when they cancel your cruise do they put you on another ship at the same time or is that credit used for a cruise at another time?

We sailed on Solstice and dined in Aqua Class in Blu and enjoyed our food. But I am very glad we spent extra to also enjoy Murano and Tuscany. The food and service were wonderful and worth the extra money for us. To have a similar experience in a fine dining establishment locally would be far more expensive.
