  1. I always carry a KIND bar or something of that nature. There is also peanut butter packaged individually which you could take with GF crackers. I think I would email or call RCI and ask them for suggestions or if they could provide you with a brown bag lunch. At the very least maybe do a search for gluten free on the islands you will be visiting. Good luck and keep us posted!

  2. I love the shopping there. I would study their map online, get there very early for easy parking or valet parking and then head to your favorite stores. Very upscale shops in the Colonnade which is outdoors. I go every six months and go with a plan and a budget and usually stay 3-4 hours then have lunch and leave. I went once later on a Friday and it was too crowded. Good luck and happy shopping!

  3. I have the larger one which I found too heavy for me as I have a pinched nerve in my upper back. I did not use in Europe as planned. I used a light tote bag for my miscellaneous stuff and a wristlet and bra safe. Maybe a smaller one would be better if you have a back injury.

  4. If I am wearing a cocktail dress with a strappy sandal, I will wear the Donna Karan nudes control top tieless pantyhose. If I am wearing a pump I will wear a nude sandal foot pantyhose. My legs are fine but I prefer wearing hose.

  5. My experience last June on the Liberty sailing in the Mediterranean was not as good as the above. I had dry brownies for 4 nights straight. The chef in the Windjammer never offered gluten free bread or buns nor took the time to tell me what was "safe".

Our TA advised RCCL and i sent an email as well to special needs. The Head Waiter was advised as well. My husband finally talked to someone on board and managed to get me a different dessert. Additionally, when ordering room service, gluten free was not an option. I am thankful I know enough what not to eat! Good luck

  6. I love shopping at Sawgrass. I would look at their website before you arrive and decide wear you want to shop and find those stores. Also, if you stop at information or guest services they sometimes have a coupon book with additional savings. I was just there in February and wish I had spent more time there.

  7. Same thing happens to me. I take 1/2 of non drowsy Dramamine the day before boarding and continue until I get off of the ship. This was recommended nobly my physician. In also tried sea bands, and the patch and this works best and also helps if touring and on a tour bus.
