What a wonderful thread to read tonight... I always tell folks that the minute the ship starts to pull away you are on vacation mode... no other land vacations allow me to so quickly shift work/ vacation minds. A beautiful memory my husband and I still value today is about 14 years ago Celebrity use to play "Somewhere over the rainbow " thru the tv and stateroom speakers. It's become our song, it brings us back to our first few cruises...

My husband and I have been on 2 Disney cruises.... a little background Disney Cruise was our 1st cruise, we were both in our 30's and we don't have children. When we do all inclusive vacations we choose Adults Only. We have since done several cruises on RC, Celebrity and Princess... Celebrity being our 1st. If you are a Disney fan this is a must, we loved the shows, the concept dinning, adults only pool and fine dinning restaurant. We never once felt we were on a kids cruise, and we felt Disney did a lot for adults only. The staterooms spoiled us for all future non Disney cruises. Also Castaway is still my favourite private island hands down! I would definitely not hesitate to choose over carnival, it's something very special much like your 1st visit to Disney. But for us as returning cruisers without kids we are definitely glad we did both, but the value isn't there for returning.

Thanks everyone it was the original booking number. I know the rules now, but my mistake for not looking deeper.

No this is the original on board booking, I had to move 2x and on the last move yesterday it was advised they couldn't honour the 4 free perks booked onboard.

I was moving to a 8 night Caribbean but the original perk of all 4 back in 2015 is no longer available so they can't honour, I still have my 150.00 OBC sine my original was a CC and 250.00 this is the second move but below is the original booking with the codes at the time.

This has been a nightmare and so unexpected from Celebrity. After 2 hours with the original agent I was told that they would honour a "complimentary" drink package since I lost all 4 perks. But had to put me on hold to figure out how she could apply it... 40 min later she comes back and said all fixed I'll email your confirmation. I get my confirmation and it's the exact same price as making a new reservation online and choosing 1 perk!!!! I called again tonight, got a vet knowledgable agent who informed me if with my original booking reservation nothing they can do, promo is expired they can't honour it. I'm ok if that's the policy, but why was I sold I was getting a complimentary package when it's not! Nothing can be done, agent error. I truly am excited and love Celebrity but am disappointed on the amount of inaccurate communication and false sell of a "free drink package." Thanks for all your advice.

I'm currently on hold with Celebrity Captains club after changing my on board book booking to a new date. I was told everything would remain including my 4 perks. Was quoted 3000.00, received the invoice was 3500.00. Called back and was out on hold to speak with original agent, she apologized she quoted me US and those perks I got for booking onboard are now gonna cost me because that promo expired? I've been on hold now for 1 hour and 29 min with no resolutions. Can anyone help me? Are your original promotion transferable?

We are very frequent cruisers and Canadian.... use the banks conversion program it will save you additional cost. Do not use the cruise lines... hey our $ hit .76 tonight might just make it back to the 80's.

Hello, 17th cruise but 1st time cruise on Princess. Sailing on Ruby Feb 7th, and noticed I am 123 in the wait list for 600pm dining. Looking for advice, what are the chances of getting that dinning time? If it's not available what does the cruise line default to? Also have never used my time dinning, is there typically a wait to be seated? Appreciate the advice, Thank you

We were upgraded to Grand Suite on Navigator from Balcony. Didn't even know until checkin, the agent write a number on a sticker attached to passport. I asked her what the number was for, she said " your suite." I still didn't know what kind of suite, got to the door and there was a doorbell... It was like winning the lottery, best category we ever sailed in.

We sailed on the Summit May 18th 2014-stayed at the Country Inn and Suites- free shuttle to and from air port and walking distance to Jersey gardens for the day. They have a shuttle from the hotel, thinking 36.00 for 2 one way from hotel to port. when we got off the ship, shuttle at port 16.00 per person to Newark. Extremely convenient location, and great area.

We always ordered drinks for the other by the pool. Not a problem, but like other posters we were being charged for our bottled water. We even had stickers added to the card showing premium drink package. This bothered my husband because it happened every day of the cruise? Every time we would call down, and it got fixed. But sounds like we are not the only ones with invalid charges showing up. Just can't understand why it kept happening.

Sorry 2019
Hi a group of 4 just booked this cruise, so excited for something so different from the Caribbean. Wondering can anyone explain Cultural Experience means? Food? Shows? Also when is Voyager going into dry dock?
