Hi! We will be in Vancouver for one day/night and would love a good meal in Chinatown, specifically DimSum. Can anyone recommend a restaurant? Thanks!

We are taking a cruise that ends in Vancouver. We plan on spending the night in Vancouver and then going to Seattle and spending another night. We are staying at the Doubletree near the airport in Seattle. I was wondering the best way to get from Vancouver to our hotel in Seattle? Should we take the train or the bus? There are a few bus options, which one would be the best for us? Any advice would be appreciated :)

We used Chilkoot this past May on our RCI Radiance cruise....We did the bus up and the train back (3 1/2 hour tour)...On our bus there were only approx 18 of us...We had an amazing guide/driver..much different than the big bus load of cruiseship excursion passengers we saw....Great choice..you won't regret booking it privately.

I am going back and forth about the 3 1/2 hour tour or the longer 7 1/2 tour. I was wondering if you felt that you were able to see everything you wanted or did you feel like you should have done the longer tour? I'm just nervous about wanting to be sitting in a train/bus for that many hours no matter how beautiful the scenery is.

We are planning on going to Alaska July 2014 and I feel so overwhelmed with choices. We are going on the Allure in a few weeks and was thinking of booking while on it. Following long should help tremendously. Thanks for letting me tag along!
