  1. Did you fill out the forms? Do you have a copy of them? You can contact the ins. and see about your claim.

In the past we have filled out the forms and the Dr fill out his part. Then my TA looked them over. Then they were mailed. I would also have a copy as well as my TA. Money back in less then three weeks.

    I still haven't received the ins. forms:confused:

  2. I had to cancel my cruise, I had insurance. I canceled a week before the cruise and I still haven't received my ins. That makes it about 4 weeks. I've called and e-mailed my TA and all I get is the run around. Has anyone had this problem and can you offer a remedy?

RC has already reimbersed us for our excursions.

    Thank you for your help!

  3. (888) 724-7447. Anyone calling will need the ship name and cabin number. It's something like $7.95/minute, but in an emergency does it really matter if it's expensive?

hollon, it doesn't matter who "he" is.

Thank you, very much, for the information:)

  4. I am an orthopedic surgeon. I no longer give out the cards because they are worthless. A terrorist could show a card and have a gun in their pocket so the tsa agents just completely disregard them. All you need to do is tell the tsa agent you have a metallic implant. They will scan the leg with the wand to confirm that it is I fact that leg that is setting off the scanner. They will look at your leg and make sure you are not armed. You will be on the ship in no time.

Thanks for all the helpful information:)

  5. When we have used them, we keep them out of sight. I would be more than upset if they went through drawers and closets looking for them.

Leaving them out in the room is only asking for trouble IMHO. I would be curious to know if they were out in the open.

    They were in a draw.

  6. I emailed them my thoughts on all of the little cutbacks. Here's the link for those who want to go right to the form.

No chocolates, toiletries, slippers in suites, pens, paper, flowers on dining tables or for sale or as a D+ gift.

The only positive change I can see is the post cruise survey being done electronically.

They are not offering slippers and toiletries in a grand suite? That's really cutting corners when you pay for a suite. :(
