  1. We just had an enjoyable half day tour with a company that I got thru Viator called Depasseios. The tour guide was Diego for a private four hour tour on the highlights of Buenos Aires. He was a pleasure to be in his company with plenty of  knowledge of the country and the politicians who ran it into the ground. Also a very safe driver and most courteous.Jeffrey L. and Elsie from Florida

  2. I have been in contact with Michael Arnold of San Antonio tours, concerning getting a tour guide for Vina and Valparaiso and to provide transportation the following day to Santiago Airport. He went out of his way to assist us and provide useful information whereby he had little financial gain for himself. Would consider using his services in the future and recommend to friends heading down to Santiago. Jeffrey L

  3. I booked on April 1st,2016 a 11 day Baltic cruise on the Regal Princess, directly with the cruise line for travel May1-12,2016. I was supposed to fly over to Copenhagen on April 29th to arrive 1 day prior to the cruise departure. Unfortunately I had severe back pains and didn't want to fly for 11 hours in those uncomfortable airline seats. I purchased my travel insurance the same day as booking the cruise and airline arrangements with Princess, with CSA travel insurance directly. I mistakenly put the wrong dates when filing out my online application as starting trip April 1 and ending trip April 12 instead of May 1 and May 12. I suppose I was having a senior moment. Has anyone had such an experience and did the insurance company pay the claim? Any suggestions as to my best course of action. I did take an expensive policy out with CSA called cancel for any reason.
